Abstract
Las tecnicas de manejo que se recomiendan para la fusion dental suelen resultar complejas, invasivas e irreversibles. El caso que presentamos aqui describe una tecnica novedosa y simple para el manejo de los dientes geminados mediante restauraciones de resina. Los prometedores resultados obtenidos pueden alentar a los profesionales dentales a considerar este enfoque conservador frente a alternativas de tratamiento mas complejas.
