Abstract
In article the author analyzes experience of realization of a diversification by the domestic enterprises of the confectionery industry. The author analyzes influence of the factor of seasonal prevalence of demand on confectionery, revealing natural increase in demand in 4th quarter (30 % of annual demand in cost expression). Analyzing financial indicators of the diversified confectionery enterprises, the author shows the mechanism of leveling of dependence of net profit of headquarters plant from seasonal prevalence of demand for production of several diversification divisions.
