Abstract
Résumé Le développement des sites de réseau social a engendré des changements significatifs. En effet, le fait de dévoiler sa vie privée sur un média à vocation publique représente un nouveau comportement que l’on ne rencontrait jusqu’alors que chez les personnalités publiques ou les célébrités. Désormais, chacun de nous peut devenir une personne publique et se créer une certaine notoriété, même si elle peut ne se limiter qu’à Internet. Toutefois, ces nouveaux comportements produisent des effets négatifs que les législateurs canadiens et français ont dû prendre en compte afin de protéger l’utilisateur de sites de réseau social, qui fait parfois preuve de négligence.
