Contexte : Dans le cadre d’une supervision par observation directe des consultations d’une résidente en médecine familiale, les superviseurs se sont retrouvés dans une impasse pédagogique. Objectif : Ce texte décrit et analyse cette situation selon le cadre conceptuel émergeant de l’alliance pédagogique.
