Abstract
Les 23 et 24 octobre 2008, une formation provinciale a été offerte à des intervenantes et à des femmes vivant avec le VIH, issues des quatre coins de la province de Québec (n=26), afin qu'elles se familiarisent avec le programme «Pouvoir partager/Pouvoirs partagés». Elles devaient, par la suite, être en mesure de l'implanter et de l'animer dans leur organisme communautaire respectif. Ce programme d'intervention, destiné aux femmes vivant avec le VIH, a pour objectif d'habiliter ces femmes à faire face à la question du dévoilement ou du non dévoilement de leur statut sérologique au VIH de façon réfléchie et proactive. Afin d'évaluer les effets de la formation provinciale, les participantes ont complété un questionnaire avant (prétest) et après (post-test) celle-ci. Elles ont également participé à une plénière évaluative sur leur satisfaction et les apprentissages réalisés au cours de la formation. Dans l'ensemble, la formation semble avoir amélioré les connaissances des femmes à l'égard des considérations légales liées au dévoilement du statut sérologique au VIH et renforcé leur croyance en leur efficacité personnelle à implanter et à animer ce programme dans leur milieu de travail respectif. \n______________________________________________________________________________ \nMOTS-CLÉS DE L’AUTEUR : Femmes, VIH/sida, programme d'intervention, Québec, évaluation
