Abstract
The Services to People with Print Disabilities Working Group of the Special Needs Interest Group has received Vancouver Foundation Funding to create a toolkit aimed at assisting library staff in providing respectful and effecitve services to patrons with all types of disabilities. The toolkit is now complete and will be available soon through the BCLA website.
