Este movimiento de sociedad se refleja evidentemente en las escuelas secundarias de Quebec. En efecto, el Ministerio de Educacion en Quebec, en su Programme de formation de l’ecole quebecoise, ha asumido mision de propiciar la construction d’une vision du monde para los alumnos. Esta onda favorece primeramente ensenanza del ingles pero incide tambien en el auge de ensenanza del espanol.
