Abstract
بهمنظور بررسی تاثیر میزانهای مختلف بذر بر عملکرد دانه و اجزای عملکرد کلزا در شرایط دیم کرمانشاه، آزمایشی در طی دو سال زراعی (1385-1387) اجرا گردید. در هر سال، آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح آماری بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار پیاده شد. تیمارها شامل دو رقم کلزا Brassica napus var. Okapi ،B. juncea var. Lethbridge و شش میزان بذر 6، 8، 10، 12، 14 و 16 کیلوگرم در هکتار بودند. نتایج نشان داد بین دو سال آزمایش از نظر عملکرد دانه، تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نگردید. دو رقم از نظر صفات عملکرد دانه، تعداد بوته در متر مربع، تعداد بذر در غلاف، وزن هزار دانه و ارتفاع بوته دارای تفاوت معنیدار بودند. میزانهای مختلف بذر نیز از نظر کلیه صفات مورد بررسی بهغیر از تعداد غلاف در بوته تفاوت معنیدار نشان دادند. از نظر عملکرد دانه در هر دو ژنوتیپ با افزایش میزان بذر مصرفی از 6 کیلوگرم تا 10 کیلوگرم در هکتار روند افزایشی در این صفت مشاهده گردید و سپس با افزایش بیشتر میزان بذر یعنی از 12 کیلوگرم تا 16 کیلوگرم در هکتار روند عملکرد بهصورت کاهشی بود. البته روند افزایش ثابت نبوده است بهعبارتی به همان نسبت که به میزان بذر اضافه گردید، عملکرد دانه افزایش نیافت. نتایج مشابهی برای تعداد بذر در غلاف نیز بهدست آمد با این حال با افزایش میزان بذر از تعداد شاخه در بوته کاسته گردید. اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ در میزان بذر برای صفات عملکرد دانه، تعداد بوته در متر مربع و وزن هزار دانه معنیدار گردید. بر اساس مقایسه میانگین اثر متقابل، بیشترین میزان عملکرد دانه هم در رقم Okapi و هم در رقم Lethbridge در میزان بذر 10 کیلوگرم در هکتار و بهترتیب به میزان 1292 و 1330 کیلوگرم در هکتار حاصل گردید.
