Abstract
Anatase TiO 2 thin films are deposited on K9 glass samples at different substrate temperatures by radio frequency magnetron sputtering. N ion implantation is performed in the as-deposited TiO 2 thin films at ion fluences of 5 × 10 16 , 1 × 10 17 , and 5 × 10 17 ions/cm 2 . X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and UV–visible spectrophotometer are used to characterize the films. With increasing N ion fluences, the absorption edges of anatase TiO 2 films shift to longer wavelengths and the absorbance increases in the visible light region. XPS results show that the red shift of TiO 2 films is due to the formation of N–Ti–O compounds. As a result, photoactivity is enhanced with increasing N ion fluence.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
