Abstract
En este trabajo se retoma la teoria de sistemas o enfoque sistemico, para explicar las interrelaciones del proceso migratorio complejo y multifactorial que cientos de tlaxcaltecas viven cada ano, especialmente en la temporada en que Canada requiere de mano de obra para su trabajo agricola, que va desde la preparacion del invernadero, hasta la cosecha y empacado de frutas y verduras; migracion que es legal bajo la operacion del Programa de Trabajadores Agricolas Temporales Mexicanos a Canada (PTAT), manejado en Mexico por la Secretaria del Trabajo y Prevision Social, en cada una de las entidades federativas participantes del pais. Se trata de un proceso historico que, debido a su complejidad, precisa de un enfoque holistico para abordar no solo lo economico, demografico, o cultural del proceso, sino tambien lo politico, lo ambiental, y aun lo visible e invisible de lo subjetivo que presentan el proceso y actores involucrados: violencia intrafamiliar, trastornos psicologicos, crisis emocionales, morales y hasta existenciales. De esta manera se utiliza una nueva perspectiva para el analisis del proceso migratorio del estado de Tlaxcala
