Vues d'ensemble sur les aspects psychologiques de la formation professionnelle 3 Dans cette partie, l'auteur présente deux textes de près de 40 ans de distance (1955 et 1992) qui représentent un point de vue psychologique sur la formation.Il ne manque toutefois pas de souligner que ce point de vue n'est pas le seul et qu'il ne faut pas ignorer les autres au cours d'une intervention concrète.Les deux textes ont en commun de porter sur une formation à des tâches effectuées par des opérateurs de « faible qualification » et de mettre en évidence des questions de formation importantes.Dans le premier texte, Quelques aspects de la formation professionnelle à des tâches manuelles, Leplat met en évidence les types de problèmes que soulève la Psychologie de la formation.Jalons et perspectives.Choix de textes (1955-20...
