Abstract
Résumé L’introduction d’instruments interministériels de gestion des sorties de conflits est considérée de manière croissante comme une nécessité par l’ensemble des acteurs gouvernementaux français. Pourtant, un certain nombre de rivalités bureaucratiques et institutionnelles freinent aujourd’hui encore les tentatives de réforme. Une mise en réseaux des instruments mobilisés, davantage que la mise en place d’un dispositif interministériel centralisé, apparaît aujourd’hui comme la voie la plus prometteuse.
