Abstract
Etablissements propres au Quebec – les autres provinces du Canada ne connaissent pas ce type de structure – les Centres locaux de Services communautaires (CLSC) marquent leur originalite par les services qu’ils regroupent, la philosophie qui les anime, ainsi que par leur organisation. Ancien Directeur general du CLSC Charlevoix, Jean-Francois Mellon, presente cette « aventure passionnante, qui aurait pu etre extraordinaire et qui est menacee de mourir ».
