SE TRATA DE LA M XIMA CONDECORACION QUE CONFIERE ESTA RESPETADA UNIVERSIDAD, UNA DE LAS DE MAYOR TRADICION EN ARGENTINA Y LA PRIMERA EN AMERICA CUYA REFORMA PERMITIO SU AUTONOMIA.
