Aprs un bref survol des enjeux lis l'intgration des TIC dans l'enseignement, cet article prsente le processus de construction d'un instrument (les Vignettes de situation pour l'intgration des TIC ou Visi-TIC) destin valuer le degr d'intgration des TIC dans l'enseignement. Il prsente les diffrentes tapes d'laboration et de validation de cet outil. Propos en deux variantes (franaise/allemande pour des lves gs de 6 7 ans jusqu' 18 ans), ce nouvel outil s'appuie sur le modle systmique de l'innovation de Depover et Strebelle (1997), et prsente l'avantage d'envisager l'intgration des TIC dans une dynamique de changement.
