Abstract
Cet article propose une réflexion sur les modèles théoriques permettant d’appréhender les modalités de conception d’une formation professionnelle en lien avec la réalité du travail et sur les pistes d’enrichissement du processus de conception dans une perspective de l’analyse de l’activité. Cette réflexion permet notamment de comparer diverses approches de conception de formation. L’approche retenue est celle de la conception de situations d’action sur le cours de vie qui propose d’aménager un ensemble de moyens d’aide à l’apprentissage. Ce choix permet de préciser le domaine et la nature de l’intervention à développer et, par le fait même, questionne sur la démarche d’analyse de l’activité à adopter pour remplir ce mandat. Ce questionnement nous amène à considérer d’autres courants concernés par l’activité humaine qui proposent des démarches différentes mais compatibles et qui permettent l’identification de pistes d’enrichissement méritant plus amples explorations.
