Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Three accelerated aging tests for evaluating different aspects of the design and manufacturing of stator winding insulation systems are described: the groundwall voltage endurance test for evaluating the ability of the groundwall insulation to resist aging due to operation at high voltage and temperature; the thermal cycling test for evaluating the ability of the insulation system to resist delamination caused by differential thermal expansion; and the turn insulation voltage endurance test for assessing the ability of a coil's turn insulation to resist aging due to high voltage and temperature. The voltage endurance test for groundwall insulation has recently been standardized and has been shown to be a good indicator of problems associated with insulation system design and manufacture. Experience with the thermal cycling test indicates that the insulation delamination process can be rapidly accelerated. Preliminary results for the turn insulation aging test are given.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
