Abstract
Résumé Les revendications relatives à l’accès aux origines des personnes adoptées ont mis en lumière une problématique plus vaste concernant la place de la famille d’origine de l’enfant avant, pendant et après l’adoption. La réflexion sur le sujet s’impose, peu importe la forme d’adoption envisagée, compte tenu du fait que le profil des enfants adoptables est désormais multiple, autant dans les juridictions de droit civil que dans celles de common law .
