Panorama des efforts de reforme entrepris au Canada dans le secteur de la formation des enseignants. L'article montre les processus de reconceptualisation et d'implementation des programmes ainsi que la perception et la participation des principaux acteurs de la vie sociale et politique concernes. L'objectif de la recherche est de developper des etudes de cas reprenant la reussite de ces reformes aupres des milieux et des personnes concernes, de comprendre les orientations des personnes impliquees dans les contextes institutionnels, et d'apprehender les problemes personnels, curriculaires, institutionnels et structurals qui ont suivi la creation et l'implementation de ces programmes.
