Abstract
Familles de schizophrènes et perturbations de la communication. La «communication déviante». Le point de la recherche et son apport à la théorie familiale systémique. – Après avoir défini le concept de communication déviante (CD), notion inconnue dans les milieux francophones, l’auteur explique comment les CD sont mesurées. Il passe ensuite en revue les recherches de ces 35 dernières années qui mettent en évidence la spécificité de la CD dans les familles de schizophrènes, les relations entre CD et fonctionnement familial et la nature des communications déviantes. Il discute ensuite le statut étiologique de ces formes de communication. Le lien entre les CD et les concepts systémiques (et plus généralement une perspective psychologique) est également envisagé avant de tracer les limites du concept et des recherches passées.
