Abstract
Notre recherche vise à identifier le rôle de la gouvernance d’un technopôle pour créer un environnement propice à l’innovation des entreprises. Nous prolongeons les travaux récents sur la gouvernance des clusters en mobilisant le concept de travail institutionnel pour préciser les leviers (politique, normatif et cognitif) et les pratiques mis en oeuvre par la structure de gouvernance afin de stimuler l’innovation à l’échelle collective. Nos résultats, basés sur l’étude du cas Savoie Technolac, montrent que la faible mobilisation des pratiques politiques et normatives freine la construction de la légitimité du technopôle quand l’accent porté aux pratiques cognitives influence positivement la dynamique d’apprentissage et d’innovation.
