Abstract
Nous nous concentrons sur la notion de texte, entrevue comme relevant d’un processus de stabilisation. Cette fixité du texte est travaillée par l’Ecole de Montréal par le concept d’agentivité, - parce que stable, le texte est à même de faire circuler l’action. Nous cherchons à prolonger cette perspective en soulignant que derrière les jeux d’agentivité se jouent des jeux de pouvoir. Sur la base de l’étude d’un processus de certification d’un établissement de santé, nous montrons dans quelle mesure les textes, à la fois dans leur dimension significative et agentive, sont au cœur de formes de « malléabilisation », représentatives de processus de régulation du sens, qui établissent la dimension organisante de la communication à nos yeux.
