Abstract
Les conseils ouvriers ont été introduits dans l'entreprise yougoslave en 1950. Depuis cette date, la " gestion sociale " reste la marque distincte de l'organisation des activités économiques et sociales du pays. Les conditions qui ont présidé à la naissance de la gestion ouvrière sont analysées, en fonction d'un nombre limité des axes d'analyse, mais un privilège y est accordé à l'examen des rapports entre les bases ouvrières et l'élite dirigeante.
