Abstract
Cet article de nature exploratoire porte sur les liens entre les différents acteurs du financement de la PME-ETI dans le cas du contexte québécois. La multiplicité des liens, qui peuvent être de nature compétitive ou coopétitive, permet la création d’un écosystème du financement de la PME-ETI. Ce dernier est fortement marqué par le cadre institutionnel Québec, mais aussi par l’histoire et la culture du pays. Notre étude a permis de dresser une typologie des acteurs du financement de la PME-ETI au Québec suivant la capacité des différents créanciers et investisseurs à traiter les risques et l’incertitude liés au déroulement de la convention de financement, soit l’appariement financier. La coopétition favorise l’évolution de ces organisations en offrant des ressources financières rares à des PME-ETI qui ne pouvaient pas en bénéficier jusqu’à présent du fait de la structure de marché.
