Cet article s’inscrit dans la continuité d’une recherche menée autour du thème de l’application du droit dans un contexte national, international et européen. Deux ans et demi après l’achèvement de ce travail, nous voudrions reformuler notre hypothèse pour essayer de rendre compte du double déplacement qu’implique une recherche de ce type. Il s’agit, en effet, d’examiner, non de nouvelles façons de définir le droit et les systèmes juridiques, mais bien les manières pour le juriste de faire application du droit dans des contextes différents.
