Abstract
Features of regulation of the market of habitation in the USA, France, Canada, Spain, Bulgaria are revealed. It is proved, that for adaptation of foreign experience to modern Russian conditions of any foreign model of development of the market of habitation it is necessary to consider mentality, a way of life, national features, a market capacity of habitation, feature of the Russian housing legislation and tax system, and also a level of development of an infrastructure of the domestic market of habitation.
