Abstract
Cet article propose une reflexion conceptuelle et critique sur la notion d'« entretien » en sciences sociales, qui est le motif de ce numero special de COMMposite. Dans un premier temps, nous distinguons l'entretien de l'entrevue qualitative pour ensuite explorer l'entretien comme un mode de communication particulier. Nous tracons les contours de trois grands enjeux lies au format de l'entretien : la problematique de la representation et de l'interpretation ; la problematique du passage d'un support a un autre, c'est-a-dire de l'oralite a l'ecriture ; et enfin la problematique de la pluralite des formes d'entretiens.
