Abstract
L’enseignement de la musique électroacoustique en France a vécu, depuis ces trente dernières années, une profonde restructuration. Dans cet article, l’auteur, acteur et témoin de cette évolution depuis le début des années 1970, propose de comprendre comment cet enseignement, en se propageant depuis les Centres de création et de recherche dont il est originaire, et en se répartissant dans les lieux publics d’enseignement musical, s’est progressivement attribué une signification nouvelle. A l’heure où vient d’être fondée une Association des enseignants en composition de musique électroacoustique (AECME), il analyse les nouvelles formes et les nouveaux besoins de cet enseignement, essaye de comprendre comment se répartissent les responsabilités partagées entre nouveaux partenaires publics. S’appuyant sur sa propre expérience professionnelle, il fait émerger les conditions d’une possible intégration de cet enseignement dans la vie publique, et tente d’en dégager quelques perspectives communes pour l’avenir.
