Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The authors present a modified fast-decoupled estimation technique in rectangular coordinates to obtain a fast solution of the power system state estimator. This improvement is achieved by introducing further approximations in calculating the Jacobian matrix. The proposed decoupling technique reduces the amount of computational time and computer memory required to obtain the optimal solution. The performance analysis of this technique is evaluated using the IEEE 30-bus system. The proposed rectangular decoupling technique is compared with the standard technique in the polar coordinates, the actual polar decoupling technique and the polar fast-decoupled technique.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
