El rol de las situaciones-problema en la enseñanza y la gestión docente

Abstract
Analizamos el papel de la resolucion de problemas en clase de matematica desde la perspectiva docente asi como tambien los condicionantes para la gestion docente de la utilizacion de situaciones-problema. A traves de cuestionarios y entrevistas a docentes semi-dirigidas cuyo analisis a priori incluimos, mostramos que el sistema estudiado (el primer ciclo de la escuela secundaria de una pequena ciudad canadiense), se encuentra en equilibrio: la necesidad de dar seguridad a los alumnos, de homogeneizar los procedimientos del aula, de sostener el trabajo de los alumnos mas flojos y de responder a las evaluaciones ministeriales, comanda las decisiones didacticas de los docentes en detrimento de una produccion matematica exploradora y creativa.
