Abstract
Cet article s’intéresse à la prise en compte des enjeux sociospatiaux relatifs à la mobilité quotidienne. En considérant des mesures d’accessibilité gravitaire aux emplois appliquées à l’agglomération lyonnaise, il propose un double éclairage des politiques de transport. Il illustre ainsi l’impact de la mise en place d’un péage urbain (péage cordon et péage de zone en considérant différents périmètres) sur l’accessibilité spatiale, depuis les différents quartiers de l’agglomération. Si l’accessibilité peut être envisagée comme un outil de modulation de trafic, elle peut être également envisagée comme un vecteur de réduction des inégalités sociales. Dans cette optique, l’article envisage ainsi l’impact de la création d’une ligne de tramway comme vecteur de réduction des inégalités et comme un exemple réussi d’amélioration conjointe de l’accessibilité spatiale et sociale.
