Abstract
Cet article étudie comment les mesures de prospérité économique peuvent être utilisées pour créer une crise économique. Nous avons effectué une analyse ethnostatistique du discours du Premier Ministre d’Alberta (Canada). Cela a permis d’étudier en quoi la rhétorique est utilisée pour construire une « bulle de bitume » en tant que crise émergente menaçant la prospérité économique actuelle et future en Alberta. Les discours, les métaphores et les exclusions constituent les pratiques rhétoriques principalement utilisées pour construire la prospérité, la bulle et la crise économiques. La construction des crises économiques peut ainsi créer des opportunités économiques pour le changement organisationnel.
