Cio che sta accadendo con le deroghe respinte dall’UE e ben spiegato dall’articolo del “corriere della sera” e ci vede impegnati nel denunciare che tali deroghe (accettate per ben tre volte dalla comunita europea) servivano per cercare di porre rimedio (con investimenti e ricerca) ad una situazione sanitaria seria e preoccupante.
