Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This paper presents a fully integrated low-voltage RF receiver frontend for 5-GHz radio applications, implemented in a standard 0.18 /spl mu/m CMOS technology. The receiver consists of a differential low noise amplifier, an active mixer, and a quadrature voltage-controlled oscillator. The complete receiver is packaged in a standard 24-pin ceramic flat pack (CFP) and consumes 56 mW from a 0.8-V supply. Measurement results show that the receiver has an overall noise figure of 7 dB and a -1 dBm input-referred third-order intercept point (IIP3).

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
