Abstract
À la fin des années 80, le rôle et les missions du système hospitalier sont réexaminés au regard d’une nouvelle redéfinition de la notion de santé : la Promotion de la santé. La santé, mobilisée par cette Promotion de la santé, se présente comme une rhétorique nouvelle de réorganisation de l’Hôpital, impulsant de nouvelles relations entre des sphères publiques, professionnelles, personnelles, au sein même de l’organisation. En qualifiant l’Hôpital de « public health setting » (« service de santé publique » ; enwhp, 2002), la construction d’un nouveau rapport entre santé, organisation et employé s’en trouve questionnée. La santé en devient-elle une nouvelle ressource de l’organisation ou/et une nouvelle norme de reconfiguration : une santé organisante ?
