Le présent article, tiré d'une thèse de doctorat, vise à décrire la double signification des pratiques de contre-école qui se sont développées dans les zones libérées durant la lutte armée en Guinée-Bissau de 1963 à 1973. Double signification à titre de riposte idéologique et de rupture face à la reproduction des rapports sociaux de domination. L'hypothèse de base de la thèse de l'auteur est que la contre-école, réalité abstraite des pratiques idéologiques autonomes des classes dominées, constitue un lieu heuristique d'analyse mettant en transparence l'école dans le jeu des rapports de classes.
