Il suffit de rappeler les problematiques du tabac, de l’alimentation desequilibree, de la sedentarite, du cancer du sein, voire dans certaines parties du monde de l’acces a la vaccination ou meme a l’eau potable pour mesurer l’ampleur du deficit d’appropriation sociale des acquis en prevention et promotion de la sante. Et l’on sait que le degre et la vitesse d’appropriation sont tres largement dependants du statut social et economique des beneficiaires potentiels et de leur degre d’insertion dans des reseaux sociaux.
