Abstract
La cooperación en Quebec ha modulado el rostro del desarrollo, y hoy descansa en una profundidad histórica que sirve de fundamento al movimiento.En el nuevo contexto que conocemos en el plano mundial y local, los representantes de los diferentes sectores, agrupados en un Foro cooperativo, han establecido un diagnóstico de los retos y desafíos que les esperan.El artículo presenta estos retos y desafíos por sector cooperativo, y, por otra parte, las perspectivas transversales ligadas al reto del desarrollo local y regional contemplado en su globalidad intersectorial e intercooperativa, y tomando en cuenta el papel del Consejo de la Cooperación de Quebec.
