Les tumeurs surrénaliennes bénignes constituent une entité anatomopathologique souvent de découverte fortuite. Les cas d’oncocytome surrénali en sont très rares. Nous décrivons ici un cas de fortuitome surrénalien chez une femme de 37 ans, sans antécédents pathologiques, examinée par échographie abdominale en raison d’une douleur au niveau de la fosse iliaque droite. L’échographie abdominale a révélé une masse de la loge surrénalienne de 7 cm par 6 cm, bien délimitée, de densité tissulaire et absorbant faiblement le produit de contraste après injection. Le bilan hormonal est normal. L’étude anatomopathologique de la pièce prélevée par surrénalectomie a permis d’en arriverà un diagnostic d’adénome surrénali en à cellules oncocytaires. Les auteurs passent en revue la littérature sur cette pathologie rare, afin de mieux connaître son épidémiologie et ses modalités thérapeutiques.
