EL TRATADO DE LIBRE COMERCIO DE AMÉRICA DEL NORTE (TLCAN) HA BUSCADO PROMOVER QUE ESTAS EMPRESAS DE CAPITAL EXTRANJERO DESARROLLEN PROVEEDORES LOCALES.
