Abstract
Taking Nanjiang county in Sichuan Province as object，by using questionnaire and interview, this research tried to investigate the rural and urban primary teachers’ Income. The investigation showed that: there is an obvious gap between urban and rural primary teachers’ income. Compared with the rural primary school teachers, the urban primary teachers’ basic wage, allowance, Welfare and other income are all generally higher.
