Abstract
Résumé Comment naît une équipe parmi des professionnels de la santé exerçant leur métier depuis nombre d’années ? Les propos tenus par des médecins et des infirmières et les données d’enquête auprès des premiers Groupes de médecine de famille (GMF) québécois permettent de saisir les modalités, le rythme et les enjeux du travail en équipe de même que ses effets sur la satisfaction reliée au travail. Ces données sont extraites d’une évaluation multi-méthode réalisée au ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec.
