Abstract
D’un système éducatif à l’autre, l’éducation à la santé n’occupe pas le même statut. En Irlande, elle a été instituée comme une discipline d’enseignement en 1999. Cet article se propose d’analyser le processus de redéfinition de la tâche en matière d’éducation à la santé telle qu’opéré par les enseignants du primaire dans ce contexte spécifique. L’étude qualitative conduite mobilise des apports théoriques issus de l’analyse du travail et de la psychologie ergonomique. L’analyse des données indique que les enseignants se donnent deux types de buts qui se déclinent dans le temps. Les facteurs qui sous-tendent le processus de redéfinition de la tâche sont essentiellement liés à l’institution et aux dimensions collectives du métier d’enseignant.
