Abstract

Dans cet article, nous présentons une recherche construite autour de la résolution d’un problème complexe en géométrie dans l’espace. Cette situation didactique fait d’abord l’objet d’une étude épistémologique quant à l’ancrage des objets mathématiques qui en sont les enjeux. Nous étudions ensuite sa confrontation à la réalité de la classe dans un environnement spécifique. La robustesse de cette situation est testée dans le contexte de l’enseignement spécialisé, elle garantit le développement de l’accès au savoir pour les élèves, mais aussi le développement professionnel des enseignants. L’article se termine par une analyse des éléments constitutifs du milieu de la situation et tente de dégager quelques invariants didactiques.
