Abstract
Le nombre des interruptions volontaires de grossesse (IVG) chez les mineures n’a cesse d’augmenter en France au cours des vingt dernieres annees. Il ne s’agit pas d’une fatalite : les Pays-Bas, la Suisse ou le Quebec ont des taux trois fois moins eleves. Les conduites a risque des adolescents sont peu sensibles aux efforts de prevention. En revanche, les IVG liees a l’absence de confidentialite ou de gratuite devraient pouvoir disparaitre assez rapidement. Le droit a la confidentialite de la contraception a ete affirme par la loi mais n’est pas encore suffisamment mis en œuvre. Les meilleurs moyens de contraception doivent etre disponibles gratuitement pour les mineures. Cette prevention et l’information sur la sexualite doivent etre assurees par des reseaux locaux d’orthogenie sur tout le territoire national.
