Abstract
With the constant development of tourist industry, the scenic spots and their surroundings suffers a severe impact. As a theoretical concept, sustainable development contains quite rich connotation, whose ideas have been raised to kind of philosophical level, i.e. the contemporary ethical view. As such, the concept could infiltrate through the human consciousness and ideas, and could instruct people to conduct thinking and activity. Through analysis on the existing problems of the scenic spots, the thesis put forward the idea that scenic spots should insist on taking the road of sustainable development. Besides deeply analyzing the theoretical origin of sustainable development, the thesis also gave the countermeasures on the sustainable development of scenic spots on basis of the theoretical requirements from the sustainable development. Key words: Scenic spots, Sustainable development, Theoretical concept, Development strategy Resume L’essor du tourisme a l’interieur du pays entraine aux zones touristiques non seulement un rendement economique considerable, mais aussi de grands dangers latents pour l’environnement. L’exploitation destructive mercantile et la consommation excessive des resources a l’encontre de la science plongent certaines zones touristiques dans une situation difficile marquee par la degradation ecologique et la desgregation. Comment harmoniser le developpement touristique et la protection du paysage en vue de realiser l’harmonie et la prosperite commune de l’homme et la nature a deja devenu un grand probleme pour le developpement futur des zones touristiques. En tant que notion theorique, le developpement durable comporte de riches connotation. Sa pensee a ete erigee en une conception de la morale contemporaine au niveau philosophique, donc elle peut penetrer dans l’ideologie et la pensee de l’homme, guider les gens dans leur reflexion et action. Cet article indique, par l’analyse des problemes des zones touristiques, que les zones touristiques doivent s’en tenir a la voie du developpement durable. Le texte analyse profondement l’origine theorique du developpement durable et propose des contre¬mesures du developpement durable des zones touristiques selon les demandes de cette theorie. Mots-cles: les zones touristiques ,le developpement durable ,l’origine theorique ,la transformation strategique 摘 要 國內不斷升溫的旅遊熱潮，帶給旅遊區的既有可觀的經濟效益，也有巨大的環境隱患，急功近利的破壞性開發，違背科學的過度消耗資源，使一些旅遊區陷入生態惡化、支離破碎的困境。如何協調好旅遊發展與旅遊區景觀保護的關係，實現人與自然的和諧共榮，已成為中國旅遊區未來發展的重要課題。可持續發展作為一種理論概念，包容著十分豐富的思想內涵。它的思想已上升為一種哲學高度的當代倫理觀，因此它可以滲透到人類意識和理念之中，並能指導人們去思維和實施行動。本文通過對旅遊區存在的問題進行分析，提出了旅遊區要堅持走可持續發展道路。文章深刻分析了可持續發展理論淵源，並根據可持續發展理論要求提出了旅遊區可持續發展對策。 關鍵詞：旅遊區；可持續發展；理論淵源；戰略轉變
