CONCLUSION: Qu’il s’agisse de la mise en valeur du patrimoine, du soutien aux createurs et aux organismes culturels, de l’acces et de la participation des citoyens ou de la concertation et du partenariat, les objectifs de la Ville de Trois-Rivieres sont clairs : faire des arts et de la culture une des pieces maitresses de son developpement global. En s’engageant rapidement dans le processus d’harmonisation des anciennes politiques culturelles, Trois-Rivieres a encore une fois demontre son dynamisme et sa volonte de ne pas laisser le vide s’installer dans ce qui constitue les fondements memes des actions culturelles de la cite et, ce faisant, Trois-Rivieres s’assure de conserver sa place parmi les capitales culturelles au Quebec. La Politique culturelle de la Ville de Trois-Rivieres appartient maintenant aux citoyens, aux createurs et aux intervenants culturels. Elle guidera nos actions au cours des prochaines annees, nous rappelant constamment que Trois-Rivieres est une ville d’histoire et de culture.
