Abstract
La consommation énergétique des bâtiments est, avec les transports urbains, le principal facteur d’augmentation des émissions de gaz à effet de serre liée à l’urbanisation accélérée du Sud. En Chine, plusieurs millions de logements nouveaux sont construits chaque année : leur performance énergétique moyenne pèse lourd en termes d’émissions supplémentaires. L’assistance internationale aide à améliorer cette performance par des programmes de démonstration et d’accompagnement.
