Abstract
Resume Le developpement et l’implantation d’un site intranet au departement de pharmacie du Centre universitaire de sante McGill (CUSM) a ete realise de juin a octobre 2001. Le but ultime de ce projet novateur etait de permettre l’acces rapide a l’information en ce qui concerne les activites du departement et d’offrir a l’ensemble de la communaute du CUSM toute l’information reliee a l’utilisation de medicaments, assurant par le fait meme une prestation efficiente de soins et services pharmaceutiques a la clientele hospitalisee et ambulatoire. Abstract An intranet site was developed and implemented in the Pharmacy Department of McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) between June and October, 2001. The main goal of this innovative project was to allow rapid access to information concerning the department’s activities and to offer the MUHC community all available data on the use of medications, thereby ensuring efficient pharmaceutical care and services to all patients, both hospitalized and in ambulatory care.
