Abstract
Los megaproyectos hídricos tienen implicaciones fundamentales para las relaciones socio-ambientales en Latinoamérica. Para entender este fenómeno, el artículo plantea un marco analítico que contribuye a la creciente orientación neo-Gramsciana dentro de la ecología política, alimentándose además con las teorías sociales de Foucault. De manera exploratoria, aplicamos este marco a los casos de dos represas importantes: El Zapotillo, en México, e HidroAysén, en Chile.
